Iffat

BS, RN


Iffat's photo

Iffat is the Office Manager who is trained and qualified as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2010 with Honours and worked as a Leukemia Nurse at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas before she joined Family Dentistry @ Picton in 2013.

Iffat is responsible to make sure that the practice runs seamlessly and that both staff and patients are happy and her experience as a registered nurse and administration means that she is well placed to answer any questions/concerns patients may have. She prides herself in providing the highest level of support to the dentist and patient in surgical and sedation procedures. She loves her job as it means she get to work with great people on a daily basis.

In spare time she loves spending time with her family, travelling, going shopping, and relaxing at home.

Tracy

Clinic Office Manager


Tracy's photo

Tracy grew up in the small village of Centreville, Ontario, and has called Prince Edward County home since 1996. After earning her Social Science degree from Western University in London, Ontario, she was introduced to the world of dentistry when her dentist father-in-law invited her to assist him.

With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Tracy has worked in every role within a dental office—including dental assisting, office administration, treatment coordination, and office management. Her greatest passion is teaching and sharing her knowledge, whether with patients or fellow dental professionals, to highlight the importance of oral health.

Outside of work, Tracy is most proud of her two amazing daughters. She enjoys running, reading, and exploring new topics—always eager to learn something new.

Kim

Office Manager


Kim's photo

Kim was born and raised in the Kingston area. She graduated with honours as a Dental Assistant in 1992, but after a short time in clinical assisting, she discovered her true strengths in administration. For more than 30 years, Kim has thrived in dental office administration, building strong relationships with both patients and team members.

She joined our Kingston team in 2019 and became part of the management team in 2023. In her management role, Kim travels for a weekly visit to Family Dentistry @ Picton where she enjoys working with the team and discovering the beautiful Prince Edward County community.

Outside the office, Kim loves travelling with her husband and cherishes quality time with her children and grandson.

Rebecca

Dental Receptionist

Rebecca joined Family Dentistry @ Picton in 2024. With many years of experience in healthcare in various caring rolls, Rebecca has a natural gift for making people feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease. Her compassion and attention to detail carry into her role as our Dental Receptionist, where she helps every patient's visit run smoothly & helps each patient feel appreciated and cared for.

Outside of the office, Rebecca is a lifelong dancer and award-winning performer who now shares her passion as a competitive and recreational dance teacher. She loves inspiring her students to grow both in skill and confidence, and finds joy in watching them discover the same love for dance that has shaped her own life. For Rebecca, teaching is about more than steps, it's about encouraging creativity, building self-esteem, and passing along the joy of movement to the next generation. Whether she's helping patients or inspiring students, Rebecca is passionate about creating positive experiences and bringing out the best in others in all environments.

Lesley

Dental Receptionist


Lesley's photo

With two years of dedicated experience in the dental field, Lesley brings both compassion and expertise to patient care. Her background as a Developmental Services Worker, along with proficiency in American Sign Language, has given her a deep understanding of diverse patient needs.

In the clinic, Lesley is known for her organization, warmth, and ability to help patients feel comfortable. Outside of work, she volunteers extensively with her St. John Ambulance therapy dog, Huxley, and hosts monthly pet therapy programs on her farm. In recognition of her service, she was honoured with the Community Living Prince Edward Volunteer of the Year Award.

Judy

Dental Receptionist/Assistant

With over 40 years of experience in the dental field, Judy brings both skill and compassion to her role. Working part-time at our office, she supports both the front desk and the clinical area, ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. Her soft-spoken and caring nature is a wonderful asset in creating a welcoming and calm environment.

Outside of the office, Judy enjoys participating in flower competitions, gardening, and helping others—interests that highlight her creativity and caring spirit in all aspects of life.

Candice

Hygienist


Candice's photo

Candice has been a valued member of our dental family for more than 15 years. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she continually expands her skills through ongoing education, including certification in diode laser therapy. Her academic background includes Pre-Health Sciences at Loyalist College, Dental Assisting at Durham College, and Dental Hygiene at Algonquin College.

Born and raised here in the County, Candice takes pride in serving the community she calls home. Outside the office, she's often cheering on or coaching her two athletic kids, Nolan and Chelsea, alongside her husband, Sean. She also enjoys life's simple pleasures-spending time with her pets, camping, exploring nature, or relaxing at home. With her easygoing personality and genuine care, Candice is a favourite among both patients and coworkers.

Orla

Hygienist


Orlaith's photo

Orla is a licensed Dental Hygienist registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) and the Irish Dental Council. She graduated with her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from University College Cork, Ireland, in 2018.

In addition to her clinical training, Orla holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree and a Post-Graduate Degree in Law. Her professional background includes extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, liquor licensing, fitness to practise, medical ethics, and mediation—experience that brings a thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate approach to patient care.

Orla is deeply committed to lifelong learning and continuously developing her skills to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care. Known for her gentle manner and calming presence, she takes pride in helping patients feel relaxed, informed, and comfortable throughout their appointments.

Originally from Ireland, Orla now calls Picton home and is enjoying life in the County. Outside of the clinic, she loves reading, playing the piano, and exploring Canada—always with her next adventure on the horizon.

Willow

Hygienist


Willow's photo

Willow was raised in Prince Edward County and completed her high school education in French Immersion. She went on to graduate from Algonquin College in 2023 with an Advanced Diploma in Dental Hygiene.

With her calm and soothing demeanor, Willow helps patients feel at ease during their visits. She is passionate about promoting oral health and looks forward to educating her patients on the many benefits of good dental hygiene.

Outside of the office, Willow enjoys spending time at the gym and volunteering with local recreation dance classes. She is excited to meet new patients and support them on their journey to a healthy smile.

Mallory

Dental assistant

Born and raised just outside of Toronto, Mallory began her professional journey with a background in gerontology from Sheridan College. Shortly after the pandemic began, she felt drawn to a change of pace and relocated to the country, where she discovered a true passion for dentistry.

Now a board-certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, Mallory is dedicated to exceptional patient care and is continually motivated by learning and professional growth. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time on the water with a good book and her paddleboard, unwinding with her cats, and exploring scenic trails with her horse.

Ally

Dental Assistant

With seven years of experience as a certified dental assistant, Ally is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for during their visit. She takes pride in being part of a dental team that improves not only oral health but also overall confidence and well-being. Known for her warm and reassuring approach, Ally helps create a positive experience for patients of all ages.

Outside of the office, Ally is a devoted wife and mother of three. She embraces the busyness of family life and enjoys balancing her role at the dental practice with the joy of raising her children.

Drashti

Dental Assistant

Drashti was born and raised in Gujarat, India, where she completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Gujarat University in 2023. She moved to Canada in April 2024 to further develop her career in dental care and healthcare administration.

As our newest team member, Drashti brings a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a warm, friendly approach to patient care. She is enthusiastic about expanding her skills in the Canadian dental field and contributing to a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment for both patients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Drashti enjoys expressing her creativity through dance and digital art, and she loves exploring new experiences as she settles into her new life in Canada.
